Primary Responsibiity

· Attending and corresponding email received
· Communicate relevant matters from load port and consignee
· Checking and discerning the import manifest received ( Freighted / Cargo )
· Updating the freight charges or free time in our (SAS) Shipping Agency System.
· Computing detention incurred from shipments
· Preparing the Detention Invoices
· Tracking the containers No. to link the Bill of Lading.
· Checking thoroughly the Import manifest whether any special instructions.
· Updating OCR (Operational Cost Recovery) into the SAS.

Secondary Responsibility

· Checking the DO (Delivery Order) released and posting the amount recevied into our SAS.
· Collating and Filling released DO's
· Preparing data from our SAS prior to sending the notification automated to consignee Three (3) days prior vessel arrival.
· Preparing container nomination on upcoming vessel
