• Handling a team of 12 collectors following up outstanding accounts of Auto Finance and Personal Finance.
• Consistently monitoring team performances to ensure that the team supersedes the targets month on month set by the Management.
• Active participation in resolving issues of high value customers requiring solutions to complex situations.
• Holding one on one weekly discussion with the team members in order to increase their productivity, and assist them to achieve their numbers.
• Monitoring of various daily reports like Productivity Report.
• Continuous feedback and guidance given to the staff on day to day basis on the DRR report has helped the team to be more focused and to ensure that there is no drop in the numbers on any day.
• More than 90% of the staff in the team is getting a monthly incentive which has increased the staff morale and motivation to a great extent.
• Discussing month end productivity with the staff on monthly basis and highlighting to them the improvements required has created confidence in the staff to perform in the coming months and to ensure targets are met monthly and incentives are earned regularly.
• Helping the team in calling high balance and problematic customers has created a sense of faith and confidence in the staff towards the team leader as they know the team leader is always there to help with such accounts which indirectly contribute in achieving their targets.
• All team members shared a very cordial and positive relationship with each other and are always willing to provide assistance to their fellow team mates.This is evident from this year’s record breaking performance.
