Ricardo Media (RM):
- Assisted RM in the analysis of the value creation triggered by the acquisition of RM by a strategic purchaser
- Member of the team which supported RM during the sale of a majority stake in the company to Sobeys (august 2021)

Confidential (newspaper industry):
- Prepared a quality of earnings report (part of a due diligence conducted by a potential buyer of a well established magazine)

Samara multi-family office:
- Prepared a detailed financial model in relation with the potential launch of a new multi-family office by Mr. Michael Grondin
- Participated in the financial model review sessions with potential investors
- Walter Global Asset Management and W Investments Group partnered with Mr. Michael Grondin and his team to launch 'Samara' multi-family office (may 2021)

TerreStar Solutions:
- Supported TerreStar during the preparation for the 3500 MHz band spectrum auction

- Led and drove hands-on execution of Corporate Finance transactions from initial client pitch to transaction closing
- Planned and managed tasks, projects, and responsibilities with competing priorities
- Developed and strengthened relationships with clients, consultants, lawyers and accountants
- Mentored and coached interns, analysts and associates

- Led three rights issue transactions valued at USD 175 million
- Advised a major healthcare services company on an auction sale (buy-side advisory)
- Joint lead manager of USD 750 million sukuk (bonds) offering
- Obtained Saudi’s capital market authority’s approval of an initial offering on the parallel market (Nomu)

- Built accurate and dynamic financial models and implemented Excel/VBA-based budgeting tools for a wide range of high-visibility clients
