Responsibilities:
o Provides on-call consulting advice and technical support to various clients regarding specific operational/applications issues.
o Troubleshoots networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems (at the site).
o Develops and implements various training and instruction programs for users on the use of applications.
o Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing technology environment (software and/or hardware).
o Works on configuring/installing complex third-party applications.
o Development/refinement of some of business processes with the client.
o Specification of system enhancements.
o Provide Customer's Support.
o May utilize communication protocols.
