• Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system
• Screen, source and evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting candidate interviews to develop an understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies
• Create an effective annual recruitment strategy based on historical hiring trends and market analysis
• In conjunction with Hiring Manager and Cigna’s HR partners, develop an effective and compelling presentation to brand the job and Cigna to prospective candidates
• Following defined phone screen templates for designated roles, qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role
• Conduct effective phone assessments daily
• Discuss required role with Account Manager
• Market research - industry and location
• Screen potential profiles, contact candidates
• Present position to candidates
• Interview interested candidates and proceed with application
• Send required documents to fill and sign
• Do background checks and submit to clients
• Follow up on start dates and attendance with the candidates and clients
Business Development:
• Handling existing clients & generating new clients
• Market study for potential new clients and schedule meetings with them
• Grow business development through meeting with clients, selling services, negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Cold call as appropriate within the region to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities
Recruitment:
• Get a complete thorough brief from client
• Start with market study to target competing companies
• Create a large pipeline with matching profiles
• Screen pipeline, contact top candidates, interview and shortlist
• Modify shortlisted candidates' CVs into MFC format
• Present top 5 candidates for each role along with an objective brief of each candidate
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
