Managing a portfolio that is worth over AED 10 Billion that spans over the MENA region. With over 20 projects in hand, the PMO department is handling the management of the projects, with technical managers and engineers allocated on projects functionally reporting to the PMO unit.
• Management & Supervision of the Planning team and Site team ( 10 employees)
• Developing Tender, Baseline, Revised and impacted programmes
• Developing recovery/ acceleration programs to mitigate incurred delays
• Supervision of the programme update as per the actual progress on site.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings internally, externally and with higher management
• Preparing critical indicator sheets/ histograms/ manpower & material requirements to higher management
• Reviewing/analysing Sub-Contractor’s programmes to correlate with baseline programme and advise accordingly
• Developing progress reports using both Time Analysis & Earned Value procedures
• Supervision of producing weekly/monthly progress and management brief reports.
• Preparing Claims & time impact analysis reports pertaining to time and cost implications on the Project
• Conducting presentations for Management regarding construction plans, resource allocation, progress of work and projected cash flow
• Integrating project budget and schedule to forecast cash flow requirements
• Preparing resource mobilization plans
• Preparing and implementing a project enhancement plan (PEP) to maximize Productivity
• Responsible for contractual correspondences related to time / cost
• Regular liaison/ coordination with all involved parties regarding the progress of work /program

Job Description:
• Developing Tender, Baseline, Revised and impacted programmes
• Developing recovery/ acceleration programs to mitigate incurred delays
• Updating the program of works as per the actual progress on site
• Supervising the development of micro programmes for critical phases of the project
• Preparing critical indicator sheets/ histograms/ manpower & material requirements to higher management
• Reviewing/analysing Sub-Contractor’s programmes to correlate with baseline programme and advise accordingly
• Developing progress reports using both Time Analysis & Earned Value procedures
• Producing weekly/monthly progress and management brief reports.
• Preparing Claims & time impact analysis reports pertaining to time and cost implications on the Project
• Conducting presentations for Management regarding construction plans, resource allocation, progress of work and projected cash flow
• Integrating project budget and schedule to forecast cash flow requirements

• Generating and managing building data during the Project’s lifecycle using BIM technology

Project: Queen Rania Pediatric Hospital (King Hussein Medical Center)
• Monitoring and reporting the actual progress of works and comparing with the planned works
• Preparing phased programmes on P3 and monitoring the contractor’s programme to it
• Updating the programme based on status of actual works inspected, and compare it with contractor’s update
• Reviewing Contractor’s revised Programme of Works & advise accordingly / prepare evaluation reports
• Preparing the monthly progress report
• Assessing and verifying shop drawings, material submittals, materials delivered to site, and as-built drawings
• Daily site inspection and supervision of sub-structure, super-structure, envelope and finishing activities
• Supervision / inspection of works on site ensuring compliance with specifications, contract requirements and the implementation of quality control procedures
