Technologies include: Sheet metal Transfer Presses - Progressive Presses - Overhead cranes - Enamel painting (Water treatment line with dryer, Shoot blast, Ground & Top coat enamel painting booths, Gas enameling furnaces, Waste water treatment) - Electrostatic painting - Gluing - Assembly lines.
• Efficiently set and control maintenance budgets & Capex.
• Set up health and safety audit procedures and improve safety efficiency.
• Plan, monitor and control spare parts consumption.
• Effectively lead, coach and develop a large work team to accomplish maintenance KPIs.
• Develop new procedures and processes to improve equipment performance “OEE “.
• Plan, execute and follow up the Preventive & Autonomous Maintenance Plans for the equipment.
• Prepares timing plan, co-ordinates the activities necessary to achieve the highest outputs.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines.
• ISO Requirements for the maintenance department.
• Loads distribution and cables calculation.
• Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime.
• Design, install the upgrading the classic control panels with PLC controlling modules.
• Upgrading the PLC programs for the equipment for increase the productivities & continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor & Control many types of machines like pumps, presses, compressors, generators, painting unit and assembly lines.
• Maintain the time schedule.

• Share / implement consumption savings best practice.
• Collaboration with the Global programs in the energy saving.
• Create new ideas for decreasing the energy consumption due to (electrical, air, water and pressure reduction).
