Directly responsible for overall profitability, sales and commercial for two retail chains (Total 90 stores across 20 cities) which generate $200 Million annually in sales revenues. Define and implement long and short term objectives, oversee and control all daily operations, policy implementations, communications / promotions and strategic directions. Set budgets, initiate cost control to ensure profitability, recruit, hire and motivate staff of 300 employees.
Develop retail vision, strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
Built entire retail sales team from scratch of 300 employees in 6 months (salesmen, shop managers and area managers) to meet the new Saudization regulation in KSA, which exceeded all previous sales projections.
Launched the two new retail concepts for Al-Haddad Group retail brands (Haddad and KUBE) in coordination with the one of best retail concept developers companies across the world, and launched Haddad E-Commerce platform.
Ensure that the requisite structures, systems and procedures are in place to implement the agreed strategies.

Direct Responsibility for managing all the product categories, with $200 Million turnover. In addition of managing all aspects of retail marketing that includes concept management, budget management, off & on-line advertising, CRM and E-Commerce.
Established relationships with the more than 50 different vendors (Includes Samsung, Apple, Sony, Lenovo, HTC, LG, Microsoft and many others), in addition of taking the lead of introducing new categories; Tablets, Wearable’s, Value Added Services and Home Entertainment Categories, with an annual buying value of $200 Million.
Develop and direct the implementation of customer oriented propositions and commercial strategies.
Introduced store profiling, category management, assortment planning, markdown management and a lot of other successful retail practices resulted in improving the growth margin by 5%.
Establishing clear pricing & promotions strategies, discount structures, special price incentives, and guidelines for all retail channels.
Maximize overall profitability by applying understanding of retailer economics, product lifecycle management and inventory control to drive profitable volume.
