•Mainline responsibility for steering the F&A function while reporting to the Managing Partnership of the Agency

•Facilitating the optimization of the agency’s accounting software system, by providing the appropriate information in regards to estimating, traffic, Profit & Loss, revenue and account summary reporting
•Administering the purchasing department / inventory management
•Cost accounting for new products and monitored existing product production expenses, produced cash flow forecasts and trends
•Investigating and recommending outside resources for capital when needed, negotiating competitive rates
•Reviewing, modifying and initiating all vendor contracts and client non-disclosure agreements
•Developing a standard contract to be used by all of Account Services in the implementation of new relationships which minimizes risk to the agency and maximizes profitability
•Preserving, protecting and vigorously defending the firm’s assets, business and interests
•Managing IT team to provide reliable service and support to all technological areas within the agency
•Reviewing, recommending and directing the appropriate capital expenditures for all technological areas
•Developing/implementing a disaster recovery plan and procedures to insure minimal interruption to business, as well as maintaining invoicing for cash flow
•Overseeing/administering all agreements for office/storage space leases, computer leases, etc.
•Directing/managing the purchase of office furniture and supplies; Monitoring payroll and travel expenditures
•Monitoring/evaluating subordinates’ performance and workloads, reassigning priorities as needed
•Perform staffing functions (hire, terminate and coach)
•Leading and driving all quality assurance programs
