-Design reviewing of all preliminary Design Reports (PDRs) according to Egyptian Code of Practice (ECP2010) and consultant’s design criteria.
-Setting suitable lags for resource activities.
-Costing control for both of labors, non-labors and material using primavera.
-Monitoring time schedule progress to determine variance finish date.
-Making the required assessment for contractors, beside construction.
-Responsible about Tender Dossiers & contract approval.
-Prepared periodic progress reports.
-Reviewed the contractor's technical and financial implementation plans and ensured that these are realistic and in compliance with the project proposal.
-Preparation and updated work schedules using primavera p6.
-Reviewed the consultant’s periodic reporting and ensured its accuracy and compliance with international guidelines like (KFW).
-Prepared the tender dossiers for works and services contracts by insuring that the scope of service is in compliance with the allocated budget and within the time frame through a comprehensive scope of service Terms of Reference (TOR) and clear deliverables within a tight time frame.
-Reviewing all contract types for international projects with Aid of FIDIC forms like Red Book, pink Book and Yellow book.
