3-Follow-up all submittals and approvals for Procurement of the long lead items, Shop drawings, Subcontractor, Mock-ups, Manpower histogram……etc.
4-Conduct and lead progress and coordination meetings.
5-Lead a project team to meet customer satisfaction.
6-Explaining and clear discussion with the project staff about the jobs tasks to ensure that all activites are understood by concerned parties.
7-Getting the client and consultant full trust to improving project scope.
8- Ensure that the company Q.C. system and safety standards are followed in all project activities.
