•Technical responsibilities :
1.Planning and designing the overall maintenance plan for HVAC systems including ( split units and DX units )
2.Order the spare parts for all the system according the maintenance plan.
3.Develop check list for HVAC systems including (chiller’s, cooling towers, air handling units and DX units) .
4.Follow up and schedule maintenance plan for the (vacuum, water) pumps.
5.Responsible for maintaining and designing all the electrical and control system for the entire plant and developing weekly check lists to increase the employee satisfaction.
•Management responsibilities :
1.leading a team of technicians ( electrical and utilities ) and engineers
2.develop a periodic evaluation for technicians and forward to middle manager
3.preparing the utilities budget with middle manager
4.Linking the technician’s performance with the organization goals and rewarding to who meet the objectives.
5.Receiving daily reports from the technicians and junior engineer for day to day operation.
.• Technical responsibilities :
1. Handel the tasks of preparing drawings and specifications for purpose of designing and to be implemented on site.
2. Perform responsibilities of handling electrical issues by applying standard electrical engineering practices.
3. Responsible for designing and developing electrical communication system by studying specifications.
4. Handel the tasks of testing new components, installation of low current networks.
• Management responsibilities :
1. Assigned responsibilities of monitoring the work activities of junior staff for technical accuracy.
2. Assists and maintain customer survey’s with marketing department aiming to rate and quantify the customer satisfaction and try to shift it to be more desirable service.
3. Participating in preparing the master budget with the top management annually.
4. Coordinate with the supplier the work schedule and the bargain price which in return get approved by the middle management.
5. Formulating appraisal annually with HR department for junior staff and feedback is done in time of need.
6. Responsible for on boarding and training new comers.
7. Responsible for inventory managment ( stock safety ) .
• Work achievement :
1. Increase the demand on the (tv&internet) service by 15%.
2. Cutting costs by 20% by implementing the new design approach technology in telephone network
• Assigned responsibilities of designing and developing the low current components.
