SALES & DISTRIBUTION OF GLOBALLY ACCPTED RANGE OF BEVERAGE BRANDS - CARBONATED, NON-CARBONATED BEVERAGE AND BOTTLED DRINKING WATER THROUGHOUT THE SULTANATE
• ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES AND COLLECTION TARGET ASSIGNED BY THE COMPANY.
• EFFICIENTLY MANAGE THE KEY ACCOUNT SALES-FORCE COMPRISING OF SALESMEN, MERCHANDISERS, and DRIVERS&HELPERS.
• PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, DIRECTION AND MOTIVATION TO ENSURE THAT THE SALES TEAM FUNCTIONS AS A WELL-KNIT UNIT.
• DAILY MONITORING OF VALUME & SALES CALL PERFORMANCE BY THE TEAM MEMBERS.
• ENSURE THE COMPANY SET MERCHANDISING STANDARDS ARE MET AND RENDER ON-THE-JOB TRAINING TO THE TEAM AS & WHEN REQUIRED.
• COORDINATE WITH THE MERCHANDISERS TO ENSURE BETTER STOCK ROTATION IS DONEAND EXPECTED LEVELS OF MERCHANDISING STANDARD ARE MAINTAINED.
• ROUTINE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND WEEKLY MONITORING OF PACK &FLAVOUR DISTRIBUTION AND ENSURE PROPER ROUTE COVERAGE IS DONE.
• FOCUS PRIMARILY ON CAPITAL KEY ACCOUNTS (HYPERMARKETS, SUPERMARKETS, PETROLEUM FUEL MARTS) AND ACTIVLY INVOLVE IN ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
• ENSURE EXCELLENT IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PROMOTIONS, PRODUCTS LAUNCHES, PROJECT ACTIVATION, SPECIAL SCHEMES, TRADE OFFERS, ETC AS DECIDED & DIRECTED BY THE MANAGEMENT.
• ENSURE PRODUCT / PACKEGE QUALITY IS UP TO THE MARK AND IN LINE WITH THE REQUIREMENT.
• KEEP UP-TO-DATE ON THE COMPETITOR STRATEGIES & MARKET ACTIVITIES.
• SUBMIT WEEKLY PLANNER, PERIODICAL REPORTS TO THE LINE MANAGER AND REGULARLY REVIEW THE PERFORMANCE VS OBJECTIVS CALENDER.
• CENTRAL CONTACT POINT AND LIAISON ROLE WITH ALL SUPPLIERS (BEVERAGE COMPANIES) FOR ENDORSING THRIR PRODUCT CATEGORIES INTO THE BEVERAGE SECTION OF CARREFOUR.
• PLAN CONSUMER ONPACK PROMOTIONS AND COORDINATE WITH THE SUPPLIERS FOR EXECUTING THEM AS PER THE AGREED TIMEFRAME AND QUANTITY.
• ANNUAL CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND FINALISATION WITH SUPPLIERS.
• ENSURE SECTION'S DISPLAYS ARE PROFESSIONALLY DONE AND MAINTAINED AS PER THE SET STANDARDS.
• KEEP THE MANAGEMENT UPDATED OF THE COMPETITORS ACTIVITIES AND PRICE VARIATIONS PROMTLY
1- Over all in charge on all promotion, LPO, promotion book, updating.
2- Responsible for ordering for all items locals and imports.
3- Handling staffs schedule.
4- Preparing all daily reports to the section manager and to the department head.
5- Managing selling area and all returns.
6- Maintaining company’s standard through implementation.
7- Responsible for monitoring all stocks in the selling and warehouse.
8- Negotiating to all suppliers about upcoming promotions and new items.
8- Dealing & resolving all occurrence problems in the selling and to all suppliers.
9- Maintaining Standard Management Policy according to Business Cycle monitoring procedure.
10- Working as an OIC in the absence of the Section Manager.
