 Working deeply and closely with sales team to achieve the store monthly target as value and as brand wise.
 Meet the customer and explain to them the advantages of our company and why we are different and better than others. Give them the full solution for their problems.
 Give feedback on weekly and monthly bases to help increasing total sales of the store so we can achieve our target.
 Assist stock availability by following with inventory team to ensure the availability of the products and reduce lost opportunity, and ensure proper displaying on shelves.
 Keep close with our customers by informing them about all the new coming models and any new offers and asking if they are happy with their products to create and build customer loyalty.
 Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports/ trackers. And give an action plan to the higher management to help them getting the upcoming opportunities and to avoid any threats.
 Training staff on customer service/product knowledge & company policy. And updating them for all the new price changes, new offers, bundles, new model release…..etc.
 Taking good care and follow -ups of documents and admin work to ensure keep getting high score for any quality visit to guarantee the ISO certification.
 Organize, control and maintain security of stockroom and storage area, receive the stock on daily bases, display it by proper and standard way.
 Coordinate with other department like IT. Ware house, inventory, finance & marketing for the daily required activity, and some other company from out side like bank, suppliers if we need some help.

 The main task is to promote & sell the company products from the variance brands of perfumes, cosmetics goods, some face & hands cream..etc. to the end users after explaining to them the advantages of the product.
 Achieving the Monthly targets as well the daily target by focusing in the current offers and our company advantages. as value and as brand wise as we have a different target formula which is depend on the incentive scheme.
 Every month we have to focus on particular models which selected by the manager to push it more than all models for some reasons even due to high GB, or to clear the aging stock from the ware house.
 Doing some daily task like counting the store stock, taking care of the display by display the products by proper way.
