Top Achievement’s
I established a new branch in Riyadh from scratch and built a new customer base over 500 companies working in the field of projects, wholesale and retail. Through my visits in several cities to search for these companies in the markets and commercial complexes to introduce our company and add them to our customer data base.
I have prepared sales and marketing plans and adjusted the selling prices according to the requirements of Riyadh market to gain more market share. The sales of the branch increased by more than 100% compared to the first year.
I have set up social media accounts and promoted a paid marketing plans to reach a larger segment of customers who are hard to reach for a several reasons.
I have made some of amendments and additions to the administrative matters, such as rewriting some policies and procedures as well as preparing non-existent ones to organize the work correctly and develop the business in general.
