• Preparing economic feasibility studies for the companys projects : more than 40 studies in defrent fields (borders free zones, industrial and service projects, and conducting the necessary analyzes for the study : market study, economic, political, social, demographic, technological variables, and environmental studies) .
• Preparing company plans : work, annual and strategic pland, reviewing and evaluating departmental work plans with train them how to buikd a plan, and preparing guidelines for work plans (more than 10 plans) .
• Preparing and analyzing financial and administrative performance reports to build a business strategy (for 15 years) .
• Collecting and analyzing information on economic performance indicators for the purpose of making investment decisions or preparing emergency plans from markets, companies, statistical bodys, websites and platfurms.
• Study and evaluate investment projects submitted by external parties and express an opinion on the investment decision (Return on investment, profitability rate, internal flows, payback period) .
• Developing proposals for the companys annual budget guidelines and proposed project guidelines and participating in the proposed budget preparation committee and prepare excel sheets format equations with presentaion by power point.
• Preparing market studies and research : Designing questionnaires, personal interviews, observation and comparison.
• Preparing and reviewing the companys press investigations published in periodical magazines.
• Preparing proposals for the companys publications, advertising and promotional panels, and introductory brochures, and following up on their design and printing.
• Representing the company in meetings of bilateral agreements of joint ministerial committees.
• Membership in specialized committees within the company.
• Membership of International Fair of Khartoum IFK Committees : Preparing publications for the exhibition sessions, supervising the business mens forum for 9 sessions, designing and preparing flyers and notices for the exhibition, following up on the media and press coverage of the exhibition sessions for 14 sessions, designing, preparing and analyzing the questionnaire for the exhibition sessions (added work), designing and preparing supervision and follow-up forms within the exhibition grounds sites, preparing, processing and following up on the printing of the exhibition participants guide of International Fair of Khartoum, evaluation of International Fair Khartoum sessions.

• Supervising and managing the Office of the General Director and its employees, including directors of general departments, directors of specialized departments, and employees and workers affiliated with general departments (8 departments and about 400 employees and workers).
• Supervising the General Directors schedule and preparing for his internal and external meetings (designed a special form to request a meeting with the General Director).
• Receiving incoming letters and correspondence to the General Managers office, whether from inside or outside the company, summarizing them, expressing an opinion about them, collecting information related to the subject (prepared a special form in this regard) and forwarding them either to the General Manager or the entity to the party from which they were sent, after writing and preparing the administrative directive for the procedure.
• Preparing drafts of the Director-Generals letters, as well as administrative decisions and publications issued by the Director-General, following up on their implementation, and submitting a periodic report thereon to the Director-General on the status of implementation of the decisions.
• Attending the General Directors meetings, recording the minutes of the meetings, and submitting meeting reports.
• Representing the Director General upon his assignment in attending external or internal meetings.
• Keeping the Director-Generals confidential documents and correspondence in the safe in my custody with good documentation.
• Managing and supervising departmental meetings within the company.
• Supervising the preservation, arrangement and organization of files and documents of the General Directors offices and the General Directors secretarial office.
• Preparing memorandums and reports related to the companys business, its departments, or issues related to the company.
• Preparing, recording and following up on periodic meetings of the companys departments with the General Manager, following up on the assignments of
managers and departments and submitting a report on them (designed a follow-up schedule) .
• Managing and supervising the Information Technology Departments and the Follow-up Department and their staff, assigned by the Director General.
• Preparing and arranging the General Directors internal and external travel.
• Follow up and supervise the press and television coverage and interviews conducted by the General Director.
• Preparing files, documents, studies, plans and budgets that will be discussed by the General Manager at the companys Board of Directors meetings.
• Providing advice and professional advice to the General Manager on some situations, problems and challenges facing the company internally and externally.
