To achieve/exceed Orders, Sales, Margin and other key targets as appropriate for Multimedia & Systems Integration & MBB Account including, but not limited to:
-Charging System & Billing
-Messaging (Voice Mail / SMS / MMS)
-MBB & Power
Achieve the phased business task defined in terms of orders, subsequent receipt of cash, product mix, margins, revenue growth and strategic objectives set for the Account.
Develop and maintain the Multimedia & Systems Integration Business Strategy for the Account.
Submit accurate Business Forecasts.
Maintain effective communication channels with other functions as appropriate.
Ensure that appropriate market intelligence is gathered and disseminated.
Establish personal relationships with Customers as required and meeting Customer contact objectives in the Account Plan along with maintaining customer relationship.
Develop Business Cases for new business opportunities and meet new opportunity targets in the Account Plan.
Ability to recognize/identify opportunities in the Customers network. Provide key financial data to back up the Account Strategy.
Manage negotiation and close orders for the Account as necessary.
Financial Analysis of the market place appropriate to the Account.
Manage the production and submission of specific Bids and Tenders, taking responsibility for coordinating internal and external contributors and Business Case production.
Responsible for hand over documentation between Sales, Supply & Project
Securing final payment
Sponsor for normal customer projects
Head of negotiation team

Participate in Risk analysis
Write and review Statement of Compliance documents
Provide input to responsibility matrix and resource and competence requirements

Perform dimensioning analysis/forecasting or implementation analysis
Estimate cost/profit analysis for customer adaptations, implementations teams and/or operations
Collect and document customer functional, features and delivery requirements, perform technical gap analysis
Prepare and write solution and/or implementation descriptions
Handle 3’rd Party Products to be used in the solution
Deliver Customer Solution
Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliverable
Prepare for solution Life Cycle Management
Handle change requests and the consequences of such for the delivered offers and/or ordered
Deliveries from a Solution point of view
