Strategy Implementation
-Head communication executive with all Ministry of Culture stakeholders for the Film Festival.
-Aid CEO in all Foundation and Film Festival's core executive management
-Benchmark and develop strategic objectives and plans
-Develop a short- and long-term strategy for the festival and market
-Be informed of the competition regionally & internationally through market research, interviews, and other internal or external resources
-Oversee development and manage research programs for current and future projects, including Economic Impact studies, customer satisfaction surveys,
-Set timetables and process for review of the strategic plan, and advise on redevelopment in the run-up to the next decisive period
Project Management
-Collaborate with higher management to develop & monitor KPIs for the Festival and its various departments, for the Souk/ Film Market and all other Initiatives & partnerships
-Conduct regular & comprehensive analysis and suggest an action plan based on the results
-Develop a detailed project plan and continuously monitor and track the progress of all deliverables, milestones across the festival and its initiatives
-Highlight issues/ risks associated with any changes and delays
-Work closely with the management and department heads to find solutions
-Develop Live cloud data reports that are shared with Higher management and the Ministry of Culture
Process & Policies
-Collaborate in the development of comprehensive applied policies and procedures for the foundation and festival
-Communicate strategies, policies, and procedures effectively to staff/team
-Manage the delivery of documents relating to the strategic plans and annual reviews including the annual film Festival Report
