Working in fully ERP system (SAP Business One).
Working as a Customer Services Representative & Logistics lead, reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
My responsibilities are as follows: -
• Dealing with customers on day-to-day basis to finalize material delivery schedules.
• Receiving purchase orders from customers and updating in SAP Business One and sending sales order confirmation to the customers.
• Arranging transportation to deliver the materials to the customers.
• Preparing Sales invoices based on the delivery orders.
• Preparing export shipping documents for shipments.
• Coordinating with sourcing manager to have timely raw materials availability.
• Follow up with the customers for anticipated overdue invoices to get the collection within the time.
• Coordinating with QC to prepare the samples for customers trial orders and sending sample to the customers.
• Updating weekly sales report for management report.
• Updating daily sales report for management report.
• Updating quarterly forecast reporting to Sales manager & Sourcing Manager.
• Updating daily order income report.
• Sharing prices to sales team based on RFQs.
• Follow up with the sales team to get an order against the RFQs.
• Coordinating with transporters to ensure timely availability of fleet for shipments.
Updating day to day transactions in the system SAP Business One as well as in spread sheet reports for online management reports.
-Strengthening relations with existing enterprise accounts, developing professional relations with new accounts, and ensuring higher levels of customer service on a consistent basis.
-Attending to the customized requirements of all key accounts, procuring periodic orders, and ensuring timely delivering of the requested products / solutions.
-Driving sales and customer service teams to render prompt responses to customer queries, and resolve client complaints as per the defined operating procedures.
-Conducting visits to different industrial cities in the region in order to generate potential sales leads, and present Juffali’s technical solutions to executive managers.
-Managing sales and business development for the specialty additives produced by the company, majorly targeting the wire & cable, textile & fibers, and packaging industries.
-Maintained timely follow-ups with prospective clients through emails, phone calls, or scheduled visits, in order to develop new accounts for Juffali’s business.
Worked as a Warehouse assistant and Data Entry operator in SAP Business-One and reporting to production supervisor.
My responsibilities were as follows:-
Updating day to day transactions in the system SAP Business One as well as in spread sheet reports for online management reports.
• Preparation of production batch sheet for raw material requirement.
• Record raw material return sheet after production completion.
• Record finished goods receipt from production.
• Prepare production report on daily basis.
• Update management report according to production data.
• Other reports as per requirement from plant manager.
Internship completed for 7 months as an accounts trainee. My job responsibilities were:
-Preparation & recording of payments transactions.
-Recording of collection from customers.
-Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
-Recording stock receipts in the system.
-Conducting physical stock count along with the warehouse in-charge.
