1. Maintain and ensure the availability of the LAN / WAN in the company.
2. Responsible for design, implement, maintenance and monitor backups of all systems proactively.
3. Support and manage (voice and data) support between head office and plant information systems.
4. Implement and support a company wide Intranet that includes calendar, electronic mail, and scheduling.
5. Install packages software and provide user training and education on various office automations tools and third party software.
6. Troubleshoot and solve network, hardware, and software problems.
7. Install, maintain and implement approved software on user’s systems.
8. Plan / recommend upgrade requirements for the users based on their needs.
9. Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance and up gradation of computer hardware in the company
