Managing the routine accounting and financial responsibilities of the company whose net worth is more than SR 30 million with an annual turnover of SR 70 million. Being a head of finance department my responsibilities apart from routine accounting functions mainly includes dealing with banks that includes letter of Credit arrangements, Fund management, working capital loans refinancing, preparing the annual budgets and monthly financial reporting. This exposure to a wide spectrum of tasks with a variety of work experience has provided me with an insider view of the key business processes within an organization, risk management procedures, accounting and internal control systems, corporate governance and regulatory as well as accounting framework of an array of manufacturing industries. Equally important, I also formulated the financial feasibility for the expansion project of SR 30 million that was submitted in Saudi Industrial Development Fund for financing the project. It was all the confidence of the Board of Directors who authorize me the signing authority with a limit of SR 200, 000/- within a short span of four months
To carry out the audit of the financial statements of the companies mainly banking and manufacturing from planning stage till releasing the signed financial statements to clients.
I have always achieved 'First Division' rank throughout in my education career. In Chartered Accountancy I have appeared for my last paper recently and awaiting for the result.. I have more than four years experience with Ernst & Young- One of the Big four audit firms of the globe. I am also member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants bearing membership number APFA -5384.
