-Prepare a comprehensive and adaptable Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and other form of tender / Bid Documents that can easily quoted by any Tenderer. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities.
-Prepare realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates and cash flow projections.
-Evaluate contract claim on variations / change order, billings and other claims.
-Measure plans in accordance with the as-built drawings provided by the sub-contractor and provide comparative analysis between the contract on Bill of Quantities and the re-measured quantities for final account.

-Prepare and provide monthly progress billings and variations and update monthly financial status of the project.
-Evaluate and negotiate with the sub-contractor every variations / change orders that occur which does not form part of the agreed bill of quantities.
-Prepare and agree with the sub-contractor the total cost of the project (final account) upon project completion.
-Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
-Set up files, for variations, correspondence, site instructions etc.
-Attend all clarification meetings prior to any recommendations for the award of the project.

Witness laboratory testing for concrete, anchor bolts and re-bars.
Supervise project implementation and see to it that all plans and
specifications are strictly followed in accordance with the standard
specification.
Responsible in evaluating the accomplishment of sub-contractors for their
weekly progress billings.
