Duties/ Responsibilities :
(1) Responsible for managing, coordination, and administering the project planning, engineering works execution, monitoring and controlling, and contract close out.
(2) Manage all works related to construction of civil engineering works, including resource planning and interface coordination with contractors, sub-consultants, and clients.
(3) Manage communications and project reporting with higher management, clients, contractors, consultants, design team, and project site staff.
Job responsibilities:-
• Responsible for managing, coordination, and administering the project planning, engineering works execution, monitoring and controlling, and contract close out.
• Manage all works related to construction of civil engineering works, including resource planning and interface coordination with contractors, sub-consultants, and clients.
• Manage communications and project reporting with higher management, clients, contractors, consultants, design team, project site staff and across the company departments
• Overseeing the projects implementation by assuring that the contractor operations are in compliance with approved processes and method statements in accordance with contract requirements as well as authorities’ guidelines.
• Responsible for the execution of the project and ensuring works are performed according to the budget, quality assurance, work plan, and in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Provide project management and technical directions for the project.
• Lead, monitor and direct technical professionals in their designated scopes and ensuring effective personnel utilization.
• Monitoring the progress by raising and managing the risk and red flags of the projects against the approved project programme / schedule
• Manages and coordinates with the contractor to ensure that the approved safety plans and program are implemented
• Review the reports of the site staff to ensure proper record keeping and documentation of the project
• Review the Request for Proposal (RFP) for a particular tender to determine the required scope of works and deliverables
• Review the Consultancy Agreement and communicate with the legal department and other stakeholders to make sure the provisions in the clauses are aligned with the company policies
• Communicate with various internal departments and external parties including sub-consultants and local authorities for the preparation of the tender requirements
• Develop the proposed high level programme in MS Project for the tender to guide resource allocation, schedule of deliverables, and manning requirements
• Manage the preparation of the Tender Proposal comprised of the Technical Proposal and the Commercial Proposal and make sure all documentations and requirements are in order
Duties/ Responsibilities : (1) Coordinate and supervise the construction of the bridges from sub-structure : bored pile, pilecap; to the super-structure : columns, abutment and wing walls, deck slab, barriers and median separators, asphalt road work
(2) Coordinate and supervise the works of the sub-contractors for substructure waterproofing, electrical works, rebar installation, scaffolding erection, formworks construction, lighting masts, stainless handrails, utility pipelines(potable water, district cooling, LV, HV, telephone, gas, etc.).
(3) Coordinate and supervise earthworks from excavation for canals and bridges locations to subsequent backfilling and compaction adjacent to the completed structures.
(4) Execute the necessary resource planning (manpower, materials, tools and equipment requisition) (5) Coordinate and supervise the work for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction relating to sub-structure and super-structure works
Duties and Responsibilities : (1) Supervise and coordinate the works of the various sub-contractors for the over ground stations from bored pile, pile cap and pier, concourse beam and slab, platform beam and slab construction, struct. steel beams and trusses erection and installation.
(2) Coordinate the execution of the various interface works : mechanical and electrical works, pre-cast pier installation, pre-cast and post tensioned deck carriageway construction
Duties and Responsibilities: (1) Manage the execution, monitoring and control, and closeout of the land development construction projects (bridge construction, roads and utilities, pipelines for water, sewer and power, landscaping, billboards, etc.)
(2) Manage the execution, monitoring and control, and closeout of the West Gate property construction projects which includes landscaping, two to three-storey buildings, utilities, etc.
(3) Quality control and assurance with regards to project specifications and construction drawings.
(4) Cost control and management, evaluation of cost/work variations and insurance administration.
(5) Contracts administration of various projects including active participation in the pre-qualification of bidders, drafting of contract documents, pre-bidding clarification meetings, pre-construction and construction meetings, and the monitoring of the items in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), scope of works and the materials specifications during implementation.
Duties/ Responsibilities : ( 1 ). Scheduling of manpower, materials and equipment
( 2 ). Project execution from site mobilization until demobilization
( 3 ). Manage various subcontractors, i.e., rebar cage fabrication, pile head treatment, etc.
( 4 ). Manage office and field engineers. Delegate their duties and responsibilities with emphasis on safety and health requirements, quality assurance, time and cost management.
( 5 ). Coordinate with the client’s representatives / engineers on work specifications, technical requirements, priority work areas, project schedule and safety work program
