• Report to the General Manager UAE and lead a team of 60+ in managing the Dubai branch office.

Perform project management and contract administration tasks for multiple concurrent
projects in Dubai including, resource allocation and mobilization, coordination, evaluation of
contractors’ claims and overview the performance of projects’ teams to assure adherence to all key
quality, delivery, cost, and safety metrics.
Direct control and management of construction for Dubai Safari Park (AED 1, 500M + ) as
Resident Engineer.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project schedules and coordinate design work with clients and different departments.
• Represent the company in coordinating with clients including documenting meeting outcomes and communicating to appropriate departments.
Contributed to the development of technical proposals for various projects.
• Report to the Business Development and Overseas Branches Manager and managed the Yemen branch as an independent profit centre.
• Look after business development by identifying and participating in various tenders and acquiring contracts through cost-effective and competitive bidding and negotiation.
• Lead a team of 40+ and look after all technical, commercial and administrative aspects of acquiring and executing projects meeting revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Coordinate and ensure on time completion of all design work meeting the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budgets and meeting client expectations while leading multiple concurrent projects.
• Follow up of Projects Execution and coordination between related departments in the firm and other project parties (Employer and Contractor);
• Preparation, follow up and updating of time schedules;
• Preparation of Feasibility Studies and Techno-economic Evaluation for many projects.

• Assisting in the Supervision of Graduation Thesis for Graduating Seniors in the field of Structural Engineering Design.
• Structural Design for many projects (according to CP110, BS8110, ACI318 and Egyptian Code of Practice);
• Revision of Structural Design for Safety Provisions against Earthquake Effects according to the Egyptian Code of Limit States Design.
The Unit was evolved of the General Authority of Educational Buildings (Ministry of Education) and financed jointly by the Egyptian Government and US-AID:
• Field Survey and Inspection of educational buildings in Giza Governorate and preparing a status report including proper action recommendation (rehabilitation, enforcement or demolition);
• Participated in the preparation of the National Record of Educational Buildings.
