Discover Financial Services (DFS) provides credit cards to over 50 million customers. Various card-related transactions and cyclical processing are performed on a daily basis, 6 days a week. The NCS team provides the framework and services for much of this processing. Applications run in the framework and use the services the team provides. NCS team implements new business rules for the application
The NOVUS Control System (NCS) is a relational database that contains parameters or business rules that govern the card member system processing. NCS is stored in one central location. The NCS is used by many applications throughout Discover system and hence there are multiple copies in both Oracle and DB2 (legacy systems). Maintaining multiple copies of database will allow faster access and these copies are updated once a week through the NCS Refresh process. Data changes are controlled by the NCS team and Change Management. Support the distribution of data and structure changes to multiple copies of the database with minimal productivity interruption. Maintain the data integrity of the NCS. Provide assistance to business and BT partners in the analysis and design stage of projects. Account to business partners by supplying them with tailored reports.

Abstract
The secret key exchange protocol is based on the synchronization of feed forward neural networks by mutual learning .The networks are trained on their mutual output bits using the Hebbian learning rule and finally, they synchronize to a state with identical time dependent weight. An opponent who snoops on all ongoing transaction should be unable to deduce the secret key. The time required for synchronization must be very small compared to learning time required for the opponent to synchronize with the communicating party. A daughter key generation and data encryption and decryption application is to be developed using the session key established in order to prove the utility of the novel session key generation protocol.
