With a total of 5 stand alone Warehouses (17, 000 sq mtrs) specializing in the handling of dedicated temperature sensitive healthcare products throughout UAE, the area of expertise is in 2-8°C and controlled ambient 15-25°C shipments both in bulk trailer volumes and also on smaller vehicles operating 24 hrs round the clock. With a robust team of 7 direct reports and 78 logistics staffs the business always demands for a better bench mark. The responsibility included drafting and reviewing the "SOP" and tuning them according to the requirement of the business. Setting up bench mark in order to monitor both individual and group productivity. Ensuring to meeting the monthly KPI are achieved and shared with the respective customers during the monthly review meetings.
