* Management of multi-branch business operations, supervision and administrative control, and human resources development.
* Excellent knowledge on identifying and developing business marketing plans and the operational systems for each business plan.
* Development of consolidated reporting tools which include information of the real-time standing (achievement vs goals) of each branch’s and of the entire federation’s business operations, the basis for the employees incentive program.
* Drafting of appropriate policy or operational changes, with the corresponding implementing rules and regulations.
* Drafting of legal contracts or agreements with business partners.
* Development of in-house credit life insurance.
* Able to increase the entire federation’s consolidated financial resources from P8million in November 2008 (in 7 years of its existence) to P23million in April 2011.
* Doubled total primary cooperatives’ membership.

* Decreased the total and consolidated loan delinquency from 8% to 3%.
* Responsible for the federation’s official registration with the Cooperative Development Authority.

* Extensive experience in development of business from ground zero to more than P25million worth in assets; from initial 21 members to more than 3, 000 clients/members; from 2 volunteer workers to employing 40 people.
* Excellent knowledge in identifying and developing business ventures, policies, budget, development plans, programs and projects, marketing strategies.
* Designing and developing operational, human resources, financial, accounting, internal control and reporting systems for each business venture and for the entire cooperative.
* Created businesses, services and programs, with innovative components, to serve best the coop members’ needs:
- loans services; - micro-financing for small entrepreneurs;
- grocery/merchandise store; - money transfer facilities;
- health, life and non-life insurance; - photocopying/riso services;
- deposit/savings facilities; - student OJT & scholarship program;
- pensioners’ e-card facilities; - adopt-a-school program
* Designed automatic computerized cooperative management information system, from encoding of data to generation of financial and management reports.
* The cooperative was one of the fastest growing, biggest, most profitable but client/member service-oriented cooperatives in the region, been awarded as the Provincial 2nd Best Cooperative, Multi-Purpose Non-Agri category, in 2006.

* Recruitment and development of agents for the unit, engaging, equipping, and leading them with appropriate training, tools, and strategy development for selling life insurance
products/services.
* Experience in selling intangible products and services to prospective client organizations/individuals, learning and understanding life insurance business.
* Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, to closing the deal.
* Exceeding most of the time the minimum quarterly and annual sales objectives, thus qualifying the agents and the unit for incentives.
* Honed oral and written communication skills.
* Own Sales Unit recognized consistently as one of the top sellers in the region.
