• Review and validating the Contractor’s Project Planning Package.
• Evaluating the Contractor’s claim and impact assessments.
• Woking on reports review, such as Contractor’s daily, weekly, monthly, and other project planning reports.
• Prepare high level updates and reports to Head Office and Client.
• Identifying the potential risks, impacts and mitigative actions.
• Assist Project Management on analysing project status and critical issues.
• Conducting weekly control meetings and provide technical assistance to Contractor regarding Project Planning deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing Baseline program, implement schedule and monitor actual daily
progress during the execution phase by logging/tracking project information,
and measure project progress
* Prepare weekly look-ahead schedule and weekly/monthly progress report,
discuss to the Project Manager, and submit to Client/Consultant.
* Preparation of Extension of Time, Resource requirements and Monthly
valuations.
* Alarming activities of high risk; areas of concerns, highlight activities to be
started (critical or non-critical), uncompleted activities, delays and corrective
measures Prepare the monthly valuation through program of works.
* Ensure any deviation from the plan is promptly spotted and analysed,
Logging/tracking project information such as Material and Shop Drawing Logs,
Request for Information (RFIs), Design issues, Site Instructions and Change
Orders which cause delays

Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing Baseline, Recovery, Tender Programs in Primavera P6.
* Implement schedule and monitor actual daily progress during the execution
phase by logging/tracking project information, and measure project progress
by weekly updating Master and Internal Programs.
* Prepare weekly look-ahead schedule and weekly/monthly progress report,
discuss to the Project Manager, and submit to Client/Consultant.
* Prepare Project Resources Requirements extracted from the Internal/Master
Schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
* Prepare project reports to Project Management on alarming activities of high
risk; areas of concerns, highlight activities to be started (critical or non-
critical), uncompleted activities, delays and corrective measures and update
the status in weekly basis.
* Prepare the monthly valuation through program of works.
* Prepare weekly sub-contractors progress report and update the internal sub-
contractors logs to monitor progress of works, shop drawing and material
approval, order, and delivery to avoid any anticipated delays.
* Prepare EOT Notice of Claims

* Baseline, Recovery, Tender program preparation.
* Prepare weekly look-ahead schedule and weekly/monthly progress report,
discuss to the Project Manager, and submit to Client/Consultant.
* Prepare productivity analysis and discuss with the Project manager.
* Prepare EOT Notice of Claims
Planning, scheduling & monitoring of Projects by ensuring quality, cost
effectiveness & timely completion.
* Material Procurement & Reconciliation
* Liaison with subcontractors
* Cost monitoring, Identification of extra items, preparation of rate analysis of
those items & getting approval of extra items from Client.
