•Prepares Schematic Designs to Final detailed Architectural plans and Coordinates with the concerned Departments.
•Performs ceiling and different floor layout for Department Store and assist in actual lying out of floor designs.
•Make detail drawings and estimates for steel works (stainless steel display tables and counters.
•Conduct actual site inspection before making studies.
•Provides studies, preliminary and working drawings and cost of estimates.
•Do periodic site visits of the project during construction.
•Supervision and coordinate architectural works.
•Involved in Planning and studies for major project and new developments.
•Work closely with the site inspector and project managers to keep on track with latest development of some projects.
•Work closely with owners/incorporators, managers and department heads for the organized and functional implementation of project.
