Coordinating between Clients, Candidates, Business Managers and Operations.
Getting requirements form clients and line managers.
Sourcing, screening and qualifying resources for both permanent and contractual assignments.
Responsible for conducting prescreening interviews before sending it to the client or hiring managers.
