I currently lead a team of 6 people generating quality improvement acivities across the Logistics field.
I am a Business partner to Operational Directors, responsible for implementing Quality improvement initiatives to enable Customer Service targets to be exceeded
I am currently reponsible for training, assuring change activity, auditing and leading diverse teams to improve process performance.
Responsible for improving service to over 12 Million Customers across a range of products,
Working closely with our Customer Service team to resolve complaints and prioritise improvements to Business Process to eliminate complaints
I achieved 6 GCE O levels
