• Manages day to day operations of facilities, particularly in relation to building and premises. Areas of responsibilities include MEP, building and ground maintenance, housekeeping, health and safety, pest control, office planning and management, landscaping and construction supervision and handover.

• Reviews preliminary, pre-final and final design drawings, BOQ and tender documents.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates re-ordering when necessary.
• Assesses incidents, complaints, etc. (e.g. building break-ins, utility problems, etc.) for the purpose of resolving or recommending a resolution to the situation.
• Responds to emergency situations during and after standard hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
• Monitors budget allocations, expenditures, fund balances and related financial activities for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, expenses are within budget limits.
