Scope of work: The design, procurement, fabrication, construction, Installation, hook-ups, pre-commissioning for the following:
•8km x 10-inch carbon steel pipeline from EPU TKVH-1/TXVE-2 (EPU-1 manifold) to EPU-2 DSS header at Koroama (across a major and medium river) complete with associated end-facilities.
•4.2km x 10-inch flow line from the Koroama SPUU-1 well location to the Koroama NAG manifold extension (across a medium river) with associated end-facilities.
•5.5km x 8-inch carbon steel pipeline from the Koroama-002 well location to Gbaran CPF with the associated end-facilities.
•5.5km x 8-inch carbon steel pipeline from the EPU TXVE-3 well site to the EPU-2 DSS manifold at Koroama (across medium river) complete with the associated facilities.
•4.5km x 6-inch carbon steel flow line from the Gbaran VZTX-2 well location to Gbaran Oil/NAG manifold location with associated end-facilities.
•Two 6km x 12-inch carbon steel pipelines from the Koroama NAG manifold extension to the Gbaran

CPF(Crude Processing Facility) including associated end facilities.
Responsibilities:
•Review of formulated WPS and PQR documentation to ensure they comply with specification/standard prior to site implementation, monitor welder’s certification,
•Perform surveillance at the field along the ROW and at the shop to verify welding activities are carried out as per the QC procedures, ITPs, Method statement and line with project specifications for all pipelines, flowlines, risers, wellhead hook-up arms, inlet ligaments and manifolds.
•Conduct stage inspection during Welder Qualification, Welding/fabrication as per ITP, Quality Plan and communicate report to team members.
•Interpretation of weld radiographs, review of NDT reports and compute weld repair rates.
•Involved in Contractor’s soil resistivity survey for sacrificial anode cathodic protection design and installation.
•Notify non-conformances detected during site inspections and recommend corrective measures.
•Ensure that the requirements for all weld, welder and welding activities are correctly specified and carried out in accordance with relevant codes, specifications and contract standards.
•Fit up inspection, ensuring that the joints are properly cleaned prior to welding to eliminate contamination of the weld. Inspection and monitoring of welding consumables to ensure that they are properly stored and handled.
•Ensuring that the welding parameters welding voltage/ current are maintained according to the WPS.
•Review of NDT reports to ensure they comply with the relevant standards and prepare repair methodology and appropriate remedial action for any non-compliance, anomalies and defects.

Responsibilities:
♦ Prepared a winning bid/tender for CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF FUN GROUP FACILITIES AT MPN QUA IBOE TERMINAL, AKWA IBOM STATE, NIGERIA.
♦ Prepare bids for ADDAX TB 2909; ADDAX TB 3048; SEPLAT OVHOR Manifold Construction & Installation; FUN Ekid Gas Plant Construction.

♦ Perform capacity checks as required by the project with the goal of identifying capacity constraints and debottlenecking solutions.
♦ Provide Construction expertise during risk assessments, HAZOPS, and incident investigations.
♦ Provide guidance to construction activities regarding design requirement, variations and operation changes to improve performance, reduce schedule slips or to reduce HSE exposures.
♦ Observing strictly the provisions of the PTW
