Demand & Supply Senior Planner (Oct12 - present) :

Responsible for Managing Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning. Manage the demand planning activity and lead Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) monthly meeting with all key Stakeholders to achieve consensus in Demand & Supply balancing. Tracking monthly shipment commitment, and providing visibility to management for end of month Sales Volume & Gross margin outlook. Analyze 18 month rolling forecasts that provided by Commercial and ensure align with firm order from customers. Maintain and Review DIFOT (Delivery In Full and On Time) for delivery performance to customers across Indonesia. Manage & estimate monthly freight cost, stevedoring and barging cost for Finance Accrual & reporting. Overseeing Raw material Inventory and control inventory value to meet trade working capital target. Overseeing Sales Administration & Invoicing process.

Controlling and monitoring Supply Chain of imported mining services products for Mining Corporation across Indonesia to achieve DIFOT with cost effectiveness. Analyzing and measuring customer demand forecast accuracy and variance against actual order and sales/supply result.
