Demand & Supply Senior Planner (Oct12 - present) :
Responsible for Managing Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning. Manage the demand planning activity and lead Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) monthly meeting with all key Stakeholders to achieve consensus in Demand & Supply balancing. Tracking monthly shipment commitment, and providing visibility to management for end of month Sales Volume & Gross margin outlook. Analyze 18 month rolling forecasts that provided by Commercial and ensure align with firm order from customers. Maintain and Review DIFOT (Delivery In Full and On Time) for delivery performance to customers across Indonesia. Manage & estimate monthly freight cost, stevedoring and barging cost for Finance Accrual & reporting. Overseeing Raw material Inventory and control inventory value to meet trade working capital target. Overseeing Sales Administration & Invoicing process.
Logistics Manager (Jan 11 - Oct12) :
Controlling and monitoring Supply Chain of imported mining services products for Mining Corporation across Indonesia to achieve DIFOT with cost effectiveness. Analyzing and measuring customer demand forecast accuracy and variance against actual order and sales/supply result. Overcoming short supply challenges from supplier by streamlining shipment timing and minimizing extra ship charter cost. Formulating and updating weekly shipment of imported products by incorporating freight cost and gross margin in SKU level to achieve monthly Sales target. Supporting sales and operation planning (S&OP) analysis process.
Oversee the daily operations of Logistics Dept. Resolve the day-to-day operations issues with customs, goverment, 3PL, forwarders, suppliers and internal divisions. Leverage and monitor supply chain performance and implement improvement actions as appropriate. (Such as analyze 3PL warehouse, transportation network, establish KPIs to monitor 3PLs Performance and Logistics Operations Performance). Optimize effective tools to drive productivity and process improvement in attaining annual productivity goals. Lead in negotiation for service contracts
Ensure Logistics function is fully integrated with the strategic business plans of the business units.
1) Independently draft out the outsource contract, contributed significantly to the selection of 3PL.
2) Grasp ERP concept effortlessly and contributed to the smooth set-up of system which went-live on time.
3) Follow up promptly with respective parties to get the business licenses on time for warehouse to go operational.
4) Supported original equipment manufacturing business for cost detail calculation in timely manner.
5) Contributed 29% cost saving to the new contract for local distribution.
Controlling & Managing Supply Chain of electronics components from overseas to our warehouse. Executing import of electronics components from overseas. Controlling Daily Logistical operation in accordance with Customs Regulation. Maintaining constant electronics component supply to meet Production dead line. Providing Logistical Solutions for Business Units required.
