Main activities and responsibilities * Assisting the seniors for Planning, designing, cost estimate for all applicable Electrical Services
in buildings.
* Assisting in Preparation of BOQs, Project Specification and other Tender Documents for the
project.
* Assisting to prepare load calculations and design criteria for selection of L.T Switch gear,
Transformers, Generators, UPS & central battery systems and managing energy consumption
as well.
* Assisting to Prepare Electrical services tender and IFC layout plans: Schedules and One Line
Diagrams of H.T and L.T switch gear and all other electrical systems of buildings using Auto
Cad.
* Assisting to Design and Selection of Cables by calculating proper voltage drop and other
factors applicable.
* Assisting to Design and Selection of Lighting fixtures and levels as per CIBSE recommended
lighting levels by using Philips Calculux.
* Assisting to Calculate the short circuit level of power control and distribution switch gear.
