The app is for real estate developers to advertise their projects and properties. ▪ Akaryana Mobile App was published on GooglePlay and AppleStore. Backend based on WP, php, REST-API. ▪ Allow users to choose language (English or Arabic) on start of App and can change it later in settings. ▪ Multi-currency features allow users to browse property prices in any currency they choose. ▪ Register new accounts for real estate developer companies with the App and provide phone authentication code. ▪ Developed GUI interface to place projects and properties by Real Estate developer companies only. ▪ Developed Filters to search properties, projects to narrow down datasets retrieved from server based on own criteria. ▪ Draw properties on map view and allow users to call companies that placed the ad from within the app. ▪ Easy scrolling and swiping and fast uploading of many pictures for projects and properties at once. ▪ Use of permanent local phone storage for caching user account information.

Achievements:
• My significant contribution in Amanat Makkah PMO office, which was presented and appraised by the KSA municipalities’ ministry and gained the Makkah Excellence Project Award 2017.

Deliverables:
• Provided strategic vision and direction on scalable IT/MIS related issues and solutions to present and future business needs of the PMO office.
• Led the entire PMIS project lifecycle implementation from requirements and needs analysis, business process study, feasibility study, RFP writing, vendor bidding and selection, infrastructure and software procurement, financial payment plans, to project execution and final delivery.
• Helped the PMO team to study the client’s existing projects life cycle processes: Collected requirements from employees and department directors. Developed and built more controlled projects life cycle processes, workflows, and templates to be used as standard by all consultants, contractors, and The Amanah.
• Assisted in meeting general directors as part of the OPM3 assessment, to identify and generate reports (ISHIKAWA fish bone schema) on the major issues in the policies & procedures, lack of collaboration between depts., bureaucracy & lack of governance that are causing mega projects large delays in execution over planned schedules and budgets.
• Helped in the Study of the causes of delays in troubled projects and facilitate solutions through processes of change management and monitoring and control.
• Managed, monitored, and controlled all implementation stages of the PMIS system:
1. Developed detailed IT hardware and software specifications part of the RFP and request quotations from different IT vendors and suppliers.
2. Procured & supervised the installation and setup of all needed computer software and hardware equipments, infrastructure and internet services to an office of 70 employees.
3. Coordinated & negotiated with STC & MOBILY on installation of 2*2Mbps dedicated VPN Intranet & Microware Internet links to the PMO’s PMIS web servers.

• Developed a Mobile Classified Ads System architecture and business model and plan based on SMS and WEB application and presented the project to Berytech and won an incubation award for 1 year.
• Developed the software prototype & full documentation which was a J2ME mobile application and a web application based on C#.NET. The system was designed for buying and selling goods using the Internet and Mobile phones.
• The business model was based on making profit from buying bulk SMS from mobile operators at 2cents/SMS, then sell it to users placing Ads in the system at 10cents/SMS which get consumed when their Ads are sent to target users.
• Could not raise more funds to develop system further after bad economic crisis due to the assassination of Prime Minister the late Rafik Hariri in 2005.
