GAEA GLOBAL, TATWEER BUILDING COMPANY TBC, RIYADAH, KSA (JAN 2020 - MAR 2020) PROJECT MANAGER / PMIS UNIFIER IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT Project: Implementation of Oracle Unifier cloud, Oracle P6 EPPM cloud Project Management Information System (PMIS) integrated with Oracle Fusion for Tatweer Building Company (TBC) in Riyadh. ▪ Project involved managing many stakeholder companies (Gaea/AppsPro/Wipro/Aecom/TBC). ▪ Directed the Gaea implementation team (BA, P6 Specialist, Unifier Specialist, Solution Architect) by decomposing WBS into activities and setting up milestone dates and syncing with AppsPro and Wipro schedules for integration. ▪ Communicated and presented the milestone delivery schedule and PMIS system solution to TBC management. ▪ Follow up with Gaea, AppsPro, Wipro teams and update and communicate any change in delivery schedules. ▪ Accomplished the delivery, acceptance testing, and go live of P6 EPPM system. ▪ Project was put on hold because of COVID-19.

AKARYANA, AMMAN, JORDAN (JAN 2019 - DEC 2019) + (APR 2020 - SEP 2020) REACT NATIVE - REMOTE MOBILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER Project: Development of a cross platform mobile application for android and iOS using React Native framework developed by facebook. The app is for real estate developers to advertise their projects and properties. ▪ Akaryana Mobile App was published on GooglePlay and AppleStore. Backend based on WP, php, REST-API. ▪ Allow users to choose language (English or Arabic) on start of App and can change it later in settings. ▪ Multi-currency features allow users to browse property prices in any currency they choose. ▪ Register new accounts for real estate developer companies with the App and provide phone authentication code. ▪ Developed GUI interface to place projects and properties by Real Estate developer companies only. ▪ Developed Filters to search properties, projects to narrow down datasets retrieved from server based on own criteria. ▪ Draw properties on map view and allow users to call companies that placed the ad from within the app. ▪ Easy scrolling and swiping and fast uploading of many pictures for projects and properties at once. ▪ Use of permanent local phone storage for caching user account information.

Achievements:
• My significant contribution in Amanat Makkah PMO office, which was presented and appraised by the KSA municipalities’ ministry and gained the Makkah Excellence Project Award 2017.

Deliverables:
• Provided strategic vision and direction on scalable IT/MIS related issues and solutions to present and future business needs of the PMO office.
• Led the entire PMIS project lifecycle implementation from requirements and needs analysis, business process study, feasibility study, RFP writing, vendor bidding and selection, infrastructure and software procurement, financial payment plans, to project execution and final delivery.
• Helped the PMO team to study the client’s existing projects life cycle processes: Collected requirements from employees and department directors. Developed and built more controlled projects life cycle processes, workflows, and templates to be used as standard by all consultants, contractors, and The Amanah.
• Assisted in meeting general directors as part of the OPM3 assessment, to identify and generate reports (ISHIKAWA fish bone schema) on the major issues in the policies & procedures, lack of collaboration between depts., bureaucracy & lack of governance that are causing mega projects large delays in execution over planned schedules and budgets.
• Helped in the Study of the causes of delays in troubled projects and facilitate solutions through processes of change management and monitoring and control.
• Managed, monitored, and controlled all implementation stages of the PMIS system:
1. Developed detailed IT hardware and software specifications part of the RFP and request quotations from different IT vendors and suppliers.
2. Procured & supervised the installation and setup of all needed computer software and hardware equipments, infrastructure and internet services to an office of 70 employees.
3. Coordinated & negotiated with STC & MOBILY on installation of 2*2Mbps dedicated VPN Intranet & Microware Internet links to the PMO’s PMIS web servers.
4. Setting up of PMIS web enabled system infrastructure on-premise hosted based on VMWare and SAN storage, PMWeb, Primavera EPPM, GIS ESRI, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB Server. Have experience in cloud infrastructure and SaaS software implementation as well.
5. Guided the software implementation stages of Project Program Portfolio Management, Cost Management, Workflow and Business Process Management Automation, Engineering and Custom Forms and Templates, and Document Management Modules.
6. Guided the customization and integration of the PMIS system with external GIS ESRI and Amana financial system to reflect project invoices.
7. Designed and developed different BI reports and dashboards to display major KPIs, pie charts, and graphs (comparing Financial and Actual performance) that provide visibility on project, program, and portfolio level for Amana executives, consultants, contractors, and the PMO office users.
8. Developed an HSE mobile onsite checklist form using DroidDB mobile application form builder to calculate an HSE score then sync results with PMWeb.
9. Developed an SMS notification message system linked to PMWeb that send SMS atert messages to Amanah executives and the PMO when a non conformance specification report is issued in PMWeb.

Achievements:
• Successfully increased SMS traffic and company SMS revenue 4 times.

Projects:
• Designed, Developed and Implemented a web application that collect employment applications data & perform search operations on the database records (Al-Rajhi, KSA).
• Designed, Developed and Implemented a windows application for classroom observation of teachers and students. The software includes some observation tools & allows users to create other tools according to their needs. A light version of the software is developed for the Pocket PC device to be taken by observers to the classrooms, and synchronize the observation results with the main database (Eduware - Beirut, Lebanon).
• Rebuild the IT Network infrastructure of a major sports reseller store with 3 branches in Beirut. Reconfigured Windows Server 2008 Active Directory users and computers, OUs, PDC and BDC, IP Addresses and DNS, HDSL connectivity, ISA Server, Exchange Server 2010, Outlook 2007 clients to connect to exchange 2010 (Sinno Sports - Beirut, Lebanon).

Deliverables:
• Developed a Mobile Classified Ads System architecture and business model and plan based on SMS and WEB application and presented the project to Berytech and won an incubation award for 1 year.
• Developed the software prototype & full documentation which was a J2ME mobile application and a web application based on C#.NET. The system was designed for buying and selling goods using the Internet and Mobile phones.
• The business model was based on making profit from buying bulk SMS from mobile operators at 2cents/SMS, then sell it to users placing Ads in the system at 10cents/SMS which get consumed when their Ads are sent to target users.
• Could not raise more funds to develop system further after bad economic crisis due to the assassination of Prime Minister the late Rafik Hariri in 2005.

Achievements:
• Increased qualified CNAP teachers and college students’ intake of the program.
• 90% of the CNAP program students passed the CCNA exam and were encouraged to follow up study for CCNP.

Deliverables:
• Developed the new Cisco CNAP program in DWC College that reflects industry business and technical best practices.
The implementation of the program at DWC was recognized through case studies, success stories and official academy international conference.
