Job Purpose
•Lead the sales teams to a high level of sales activities in the region
•Look after retail assets and liabilities products which includes: CC/Personal Loans/Mortgage/SME/Payroll Business & Liabilities in UAE
•Lead the bank’s effort to foster growth all across the region
•Prepare and manage quarterly/half yearly and yearly sales budgets, evaluating all the expenses and ensure the profitability of the unit

The scope of responsibility includes:
The core objective is to provide the best personal financial planning programs to the expatriates.
The process involves the Basic Need Analysis, which gives an insight of the current financial positions of the prospects, the problem areas and the their financial goals.
The next step involves the agreement to fulfill these financial goals, and selecting the means to fulfill these goals.
The next involves budgeting based on which the appropriate financial Planning
Solution is offered to the clients which is tailor made to suit their needs.
Client servicing .
The scope of responsibility includes:
Marketing Tata Press Yellow Pages to potential customers for listings.
Analyzing the business potential of target market segments, for space selling.
Developing sales & marketing plans, as per the given targets.
Managing and servicing the customer base, and
Preparing and presenting reports on the needs, resources, buying habits and preferences of the customers, to the management.
