RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the alarm Monitoring, fault localization capability and Verification Testing capability.
Troubleshooting of 2G, 3G, LTE, MW and be familiar with the repeated faults: alarms, RTWP, VSWR etc.
RTTS (Ticketing System) to generate tickets (Critical, High, Medium & Low) and refer the tickets to the concerned domain/Region for the resolution of the issue within the given SLA and for the final clearance/closure of the ticket.
OWS for assigning the work orders (CM PM PLM) against each activity performed by the NFM. Assigning Weekly PM WOs for PMR for GSM Sites
STC MDT Portal for applying the MDT, TCN, ETCN related planned activities and request to open and close activity within SLA.
Support related to spare issue, Access issue, and coordination with Huawei FO, BO, T-NOC, TXN & Power Management etc.
Responsible for solving Trouble Tickets on the NOC for different vendors Ericsson/NSN/Huawei for 2G/3G/LTE/MW/GPON sites.
Perform Integration and Configuration of 2G, 3G and LTE.
Troubleshooting of all sorts of BTS (3900, 3812) and RTN (950, 980, 310) related alarms and can do the commissioning and knows the functions of all cards.
Troubleshooting the TTs of EBU and IBS sites with related alarms.
Perform scripts uploading through LMT to Configure the Control Card and Configuration of RETs, TMA etc.
Conducting and perform MDTs for MW link up gradation for parameters like frequency, capacity and traffic shifting, Lan to Fiber within down time
To check and Avoid Interference, scan Frequencies and Capable to solve the Network Management Issues like Visibility issue without down of traffic.
Worked on U2000 iManager for technical support to O&M team and Clear all minor, major and Critical Alarms for NODE B (2G, 3G, 4G) and RTN issues.
Maintaining & Trouble shooting of links like 1+0, 1+1, XPIC, SD link and responsible to configure E-Line, E-LAN service E2E connectivity, PLA, EPLA and XPD.
On Call/On Site 24/7 support availability for Datacom issues Reported from different
