Responsible for a rental portfolio consisting of 3000 units, at the largest point,
properties in Illinois, Florida, and Nevada supervising 60 plus employees; 12 direct
employees. Most properties consisted of between 300 and 450 units.
Multi-site management to train, maintain, and coach property and portfolio managers
in the management of policies, procedures, programs and ensured a well managed, luxury,
well maintained and fully occupied property.

Start up of Property Management and take over of acquired properties for initial set
up, pre acquisition and conversion of management processes. Position entailed increasing
the overall performance of the properties through occupancy, revenue management, creative
marketing and the development of a successful service team including leasing, maintenance,
door attendant and management.

Responsible for the management of class A apartment communities with over 300 units, as
well as commercial/ mixed use space. Position entailed new property planning, supervising
employees, sourcing and negotiating all outside contracts, motivating staff to achieve
leasing occupancy goals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and
managing budgets (rental and condominium), plus delivering operational and physical
improvements. Logistical arm for all management practices of the buildings/ communities
purchased by this developer prior to turning over to condominium association.
