• I was chosen after 1 month working to join the best 28 agents in saving another account at Samsung that was going to have a crisis without our support.

• I created a magazine to my team then I was chosen by the account manager to create a
Weekly basis magazine sent to Samsung account.
• I came up with the “Thank you day” Idea that was applied at Samsung UK account in Egypt then
Was applied at Samsung UK account in Britain as well.
• Handling calls from UK customers related to their bills.
• Solving Problems related to their accounts on our system or their online accounts
• Tracking customer’s orders.

• Ideas were sent to the training team but l left before I know if they will apply it or not.
• I was requested to write a poem about a specific training that I attended with VF and they
Amazed with my writing talent when they heard it.
