Delivered NVQs in controlled parking areas (CPA) to 40 civil enforcement officers and provided security systems (PSS) Level 2 support to 126 candidates. Utilized military experience and maximised effectiveness to both achieve company targets and provide optimal service to candidates.
Patrolled borough streets and issued penalty charge notices (PCNs) to vehicles contravening local traffic regulation orders. Oversaw 22 personnel, appraised staff performance, managed disciplinary and sickness procedures, and produced regular operations reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Earned A1 assessors award in controlled parking areas.
•Achieved NVQ Level 3 in staff supervision and promoted full staff attainment of NVQ Level 2 in controlled parking areas. Earned recognition as 1st and only officer for leading the only Kent team to get all staff Kent Police accredited.
•Reduced police accreditation scheme from 15 weeks to fortnight to keep officers on the streets.
