Maintain effective communications with contract, technical, cost control and planning department, project management and other associated disciplines.
Leads the team in providing trusted and comprehensive details of Quantity take off and qualifications for Cost Control budget purposes & Planning Department Program furnishing.
Early stage of Tender and IFC drawings quantity verifications and qualifications comparison thru early clarification from client, prior to Procurement and Engineering Works.
Assists team in producing and timely submissions of Variation Orders and Claims establishing entitlement all in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract.
Ensure the timely production and presentation of adequate levels of Interim applications for payment in accordance with the provisions of the conditions of contract.
Review and verify monthly manpower, materials, equipment and work schedule of our Subcontractors in line with the actual site work progress evaluated and approved.
Proper coordination and adherence to clients commercial and financial format (i.e. progress report, cash flow and payments)
Take part in discussions concerning project performance and provide commercial input to project strategy.
Provide commercial advice to the site team in connection with project issues and provide input to area commercial discussions and reviews.
Full knowledge and understanding of Project Contract Documents (i.e. Contract Agreement, Letter of Acceptance, Appendix to Tender, Tender addendums/Circulars, Conditions of Contract, Project Specifications, Drawings, Method of Measurement and Priced Bill of Quantities and Constructions Regulations forming part of Contract.
