• Managing All HR Activities for all Group Companies (NAAAS Real State Project Management -NAAAS Logistics - NAAAS Design - NAAAS Agriculture -NAAAS Trading - NAAAS General Services and Hospitality - NAAAS Factory For the paper and cardboard industry - La-bonce boutiques - Velvet touch -Aiah Global Contracting )
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Establishing, Maintain and Review HRIS new system from A to Z.
• Maintains PRO work (Visas, Company documents, Hokumie ) to assure getting requested documents in proper way and proper time.
Leading and managing teamwork consists from 3 staff HR +1 legal affairs employee to perform the following tasks mentioned under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of the company: -
• Managing and Follow-up wages and salaries and benefits.
• Managing and Follow-up and Follow-up all employees' visas, accommodations, files recording, labor office reports and all labor law applications and implementations.
• Managing and Follow-up company recruitment needs from advertising, CVs Collection and Selection till appointment procedures.
• Managing and Follow-up monthly Appraisal System Quarterly and performance evaluation.
• Managing and Follow-up Time attendance system (Fingerprint).
• Managing and Follow-up of the end of the employment relationship, exit interview and end of service Compensation
• Managing and Follow-up with third party (Lawyer office) for all company cases.
• Design all company (owned) contracts & (others) contracts.
• Reviewing all internal documents cycle to inshore the maximum efficiency.
• Represent the company in front of all government sectors.
• Managing and Follow-up disciplinary investigation and sanctions and the application of labor law.

• Preparing all monthly payrolls activates using Payroll program INFINITY and Excel spread sheets.
• Managing ERP System Infinity Payroll and SAP HR, starting from establishing the program and building the main database, establish the payroll items, formulas and equations.
• Preparing monthly Taxes and Social Insurance Fees for all Intercement Group employees ((ACRM, AMCC, CSC, CS and ACCC)) and ensure the payment before deadline.
• Preparing yearly Taxes installment, Taxes examination.
• Preparing and offering new Staff job offers and formal induction of new employees.
• Managing all employees’ compensations & Benefits to insure equity and following the internal rolls.
• Preparing yearly profits.
• Preparing, sending monthly and yearly work reports (KPIs, Productivity, Overtime, etc.)
• Managing personal activities (( Medical care system - Social insurance 1&2&6 forms -Labor office work and reports -Visas and Work permeation's ))
• Managing Time attendance system with both kind of devises (Fingerprint & proximity cards devices) building, Update and maintain system database, Configurations.
• Preparing Time attendance monthly and weekly reports (absence, delay, attendance, overtime hours)
• Managing the implementation of personnel policies with regard to local staff, including maintenance of records of absence, sickness and vacation for all Intercement Group employees.
• Managing contract process issuing, renewal and ending process.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly appraisal system for payroll, following up with Organization Managers to insure efficient implementation of the system.
• Preparing the Annual Human resources budgeting using Excel spread sheets And Quantrix application.

• Establishing Infinity ERP Payroll System from A to Z.

• Managing labor lawsuits sector.
• Establishing, Surveying and supervising the lawsuits processes.
• Researching, preparation and supervising the lawsuits to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Managing monthly payroll for all organization employees regarding all compensation and benefits and all deductions, Taxes, social Insurance etc,
• Handling all recruiting activities for all divisions inside the organization ((Four separated high institutes)).
• Preparing, following up and developing of candidate’s database.
• Managing the labor law implementation for all activities with all the organization members.
• Managing the personnel policies implementation with regard to local staff, including maintenance of records of absence, sickness and vacation.
• Managing all Social Insurance activities (paying the monthly claims, solving any arising problems related to social insurance following up and updating all producers regarding Form 1, 2, 6 & Health Insurance).
• Participating in formulating the administration policy and procedures for the company such as personnel policy, transportation policy, etc.
• Creating all types of required forms for malty issues for company use in efficient manner using computer programs files system.
• Build all the basic & required documents for new organization & new Branches.
• Managing Time attendance system with both kind of devises (Fingerprint & proximity cards devices) building, Update and maintain system database, Configurations.
• Managing all Development activities Training, Recruitment, Manpower plan, yearly Evaluation, job descriptions and all activates in order to covers all the organization needs.
• Preparing all organization job description and maintaining it.

• Preparing the paper of visas, work permits belonging to the expatriates and issue all relevant reports, fixed assets reports etc.
• Participating in formulating the administration policy and procedures for the company such as personnel policy, transportation policy, etc.
• Creating all types of required forms for deference issues for company use in efficient manner using computer programs files system.
• Build all the basic & required documents for new organizations or new Branches.
• Training all the employees on soft skills, company internal policy and labor low.
• Preparing job descriptions.
