* Analyze production wise cost
* Monitoring the cost of site resources
* Preparing material request as per requirement on project site
* Find reason for variation or Wastage
Building Projects and Road construction & Infra structure
Project Consist : Housing Scheme, School Buildings & Internal Roads Etc…
Duties & Responsibilities
* Preparation of sub-contractor and Interim bills.
* Preparing material request as per requirement on project site.
* Taking off of the material List for the Projects and Site Measurements.
* Administrating of subcontractor or vendor data base.
* Monitoring the progress as per the Schedule and Checking the Quality control of the Works and Reporting
to the Project management

Project Consist : Hospital, School, Shopping Complex buildings, Housing schemes,
Duties & Responsibilities
* Prepare Bill of Quantities (for Structural, Civil, Finishing and interior works) according to drawings,
specifications and/or Tender Documents
* Review tender documents, understanding and preparation of forecasting value / Budget of the projects.
* Monitoring the project works
* Preparing material request as per requirement on project site
* Perform measurement of accomplishment and prepare Job Inspection Certificate for Interim Payment

* Analyze variation works or variation claims and prepare or recommends approval of variation order
* Prepare estimate of required resources according to the approval of variation order
* Prepare schedules of resources such as labor and materials etc. according to requirement and scope of work
* Prepare periodic report of work completion on site and arranging for payments
* Taking off of the material List for the Projects and Site Measurements
* Analyze dispatch material at site and Cumulative Material Reconciliation
* Preparation of sub-contractor and Interim bills and monthly cost sheet
