Accept inbound calls and process customer specific requests about their utility (gas and electricity) accounts specifically adding new properties and moving from one property to another
-Address additional queries like bill analysis, payment arrangements and payment processing
-Contact account holders to inform them of major changes that has occurred in their accounts.
Assist business owners and accountants in preparing financial reports like Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and all other assets, liabilities, income and expense related reports.
-Assist software users in setting up their business account using the Intuit software including entry of business items, income and expense items, bank accounts, payroll accounts, etc.
-Payroll setup for business employees.
-Troubleshooting and analysis of software issues specifically in financial reports
Process credit card applications of potential customers by probing what their needs are and tailor fitting their lifestyle to the best and most appropriate card for them.
Contact delinquent cardholders and collect for a payment to their outstanding bills and ensure continued customer patronage
-Negotiate and set up payment arrangements for customers with financial difficulty to help them maintain a good credit report.
