• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close of ERP generated Financial Statements.
• Manage Fixed Assets recording, disposals and depreciation.
• Prepare MIS and Ad-hoc management reports using Excel Dashboard as requested by Finance Manager.
• Prepare and review management accounts for internal business evaluations.
• Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Develop external relationships with auditors, bankers and lawyers
• Managing sister company’s (Al Ahli Passenger and Al Ahli Autoservices) accounts on Peachtree.
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
• Assist in continuous management of budget and forecast activities.
• Process improvement and implementation of new procedures

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Monitor and review the General Ledger and ensure regular reconciliation of balance sheets accounts to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Manage subscription accounts and subscribers’ information.
• Prepare Ad-hoc management reports
• Proper review of Invoices/Approval/Documentation requirements and ensure recording of transactions under the correct category.
• Preparing financial statements.

• Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Ensure accurate posting of entries in journal and general ledger.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Follow up on accurate entries for depreciation of fixed assets.
• Complete and finalizing payroll sheets.
• Prepare management reports and Ad-hoc reports

• Assist in preparation of profit and loss statements and monthly closing of accounts and cost accounting reports.
• Assist in preparation of manufacturing accounts.
• Maintaining accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and settlement of accounts payable.
• Maintain inventory.

• Prepare trial balance of the entities i.e. Retailers, Non for Profit,
• Prepare and reconciling cash and bank statement.
• Prepare cash register, pettycash book, purchase journal, sales journal, vouchers and bills
