MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Head of the science staff of the school
• Responsible for the co-ordination among the entire teaching faculty of science subjects.
• Responsible for the projects development and the head of the science community of the school.
• Deliver Lectures according to the CIE syllabus.
• Deliver Lectures to O’ Levels Senior classes.

Worked as a QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST IN MACTER INTERNATIONAL PHARACEUTICALS (PVT.) LTD.
(FROM APRIL, 2013 to OCTOBER, 2013)
MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Perform quality control testing of the drugs including tablets and capsules and healthcare products including gels, creams and ointments.
• Works on Karl Fisher auto titrator to determine the water content of dry sugars and creams.
• Standardization and preparation of Volumetric and test solutions
• Preparation of reports of analysis of each product in the SAP oriented system of Q.M.

MY JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1-Quality control testing of drugs(tablets, capsules, granules and syrups) at different stages (from raw material to finished products) by using physical, instrumental and wet procedures as per described by B.P. and USP.
2-quality inspection of packaging materials on the basis of defined quality parameters.

MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Working in the ERP based system.
• Working on the SAP System of Q.M. having responsibilities of creating MIC (Master Inspection Characteristics), Sampling procedures, Sampling schemes, Inspection method, Inspection plans, Creating P.R., P.O. and G.R., Creating Quality notifications, Creating physical samples, inspections lots, performing result and defect recording on the inspection lots.
• Inspection of incoming yarn, chemicals and liners from the different suppliers
• Performing sampling of the incoming materials.
• Performing chemical analysis of incoming yarns and chemicals (including pH testing, viscosity testing, Specific gravity testing, yarn bleeding testing, and measurements of denier and yarn count).
• Maintaining documentation of incoming material that includes check sheets, supplier analysis reports and time frames.
• Perform mechanical testing of finished products (gloves) according to European standards of testing includes ABRASION TESTING, CUT TESTING, TEAR TESTING AND PUNCTURE TESTING.
• Worked on the project of DMF purifying process.
