 Responsible for smooth operations of VSAT Network(iDirect & Comtech) with around 3000+ links all over the KSA .
 Monitoring real-time and historical performance of the iDirect network through iMonitor including the health status of remotes, graphical displays, network probes and detailed bandwidth usage.
 Configuration and modification of SCPC internet links and iDirect modems through iBuilder.
 Troubleshooting of RF operation tasks(SNR parameters, power level adjustments, space segment and QoS settings)
 Configuration of Monitoring and management of network devices (Cisco Switches & routers Satellite Modems etc.) through Whatsup Gold.
 Managing and configuration of data connectivity network based on EIGRP, BGP and OSPF.
 Implementation and provisioning of new customers which includes configuration of different routing protocols, IP scheme, VLANs scheme, port map scheme and standard network topology.
 Implementing redundant protocols (HSRP & VRRP) and GRE tunnels with IPsec.
 Handling service desk including incident management system and OTRS.
 Day to Day reporting, responsible for generating network availability and network performance reports and taking backups of network devices and NMS.

 Responsible for smooth operations of iDirect VSAT Network with around 500+ links.
 Managing the operations of the network infrastructure based on Cisco Routers 3600, 2800, 1801, 2600 & Catalyst switches 2900, 3560 series.
 Management, monitoring and troubleshooting of MAN (iDirect, SCPC), WAN (Radio & Fiber Links) & LAN (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet).
 Managing VLANS, Access Lists, Routing Protocols, VPN Tunneling.
 Responsible for smooth round the clock operations of all the backhauls links through OpManager.
 Designing and migration of Microsoft Active Directory to Multiple Forest scenario.
 Deployment of ISA Server 2006 for the secure publishing of OWA and Outlook Anywhere.

 Reporting to senior management of Standard Chartered Bank, sending monthly Executive summary reports of SCB-VSAT network.
 Responsible for all VSAT links of Standard Chartered Bank including branches, Access Shops and Offsite ATM’s through Host Monitor and PRTG NMS.
